Partner Pass

What is the Partner Pass?

The Partner Pass is your ticket to exclusive partner content inside Clout — including premium challenges, leaderboards, Pick’ems, and access to the Partner Marketplace. It gives you a season-long experience packed with ways to earn XP, unlock rewards, and compete with other pass holders.

How much does the Partner Pass cost?

You can choose between two flexible access options:

$29.99 for 90 days of full access
$12.99 for 30 days of full access

Both options include the same level of access and features, butthe specific welcome packages, and offerings may vary depending on which version you purchase and the current partner or season.

How do I purchase the Partner Pass?

You can purchase the Partner Pass directly through the Clout appon your mobile device. Just tap “Get Partner Pass” and complete your one-time payment securely using Apple Pay (iOS) or Google Pay (Android). Your Partner Pass activates instantly once your payment is confirmed.

Is the Partner Pass a subscription?

No — each plan provides access for a set duration (30 or 90 days). Your access automatically expires at the end of your chosen period, and you can renew anytime directly in the app. There areno hidden fees or automatic renewals — you choose when to extend your access.

What do I get with the Partner Pass?

Partner Pass holders unlock:

Exclusive partner challenges that award bonus XP
Partner-only leaderboards for competitive bragging rights
Special Pick’ems only available to pass holders
Access to the Partner Marketplace with limited-time rewards

Note: Access is the same across all pass types. However, each partner or season may offer different challenges, Pick’ems, and rewards.

Does the Partner Pass affect my odds of winning?

No. The Partner Pass does not increase your odds of winning or change contest outcomes. It simply unlocks access to additional Pick’ems, challenges, and rewards opportunities. All contests on Clout are skill-based and accessible without payment, with a limited selection of free Pick’ems available to all users.

Can I earn rewards without buying a Partner Pass?

Can I use the Partner Pass on multiple devices?

Yes — as long as you’re logged into the same Clout account, your Partner Pass access and progress will carry over across devices on the same platform (iOS or Android).

Can I buy the Partner Pass on desktop?

Not yet. Partner Pass purchases are mobile-only and must be completed through Apple Pay or Google Pay inside the Clout app.

How long does my Partner Pass last?

30-Day Pass: 30 days of access from the date of purchase
90-Day Pass: 90 days of access from the date of purchase

Your remaining time is always visible in your Partner Pass Hub.

What happens when my Partner Pass expires?

When your Partner Pass expires, you’ll keep all XP, coins, and rewards you’ve already earned. However, access to partner-only Pick’ems, challenges, leaderboards, and the Partner Marketplacewill be locked until you renew or purchase a new pass.

Can I get a refund for my Partner Pass?

All purchases are processed through Apple or Google and follow their respective refund policies. If you’d like to request a refund, please visit your device’s App Store or Play Store support section.

Formats & Features

How does the XP system work?

Users earn XP by correctly answering our Pick'em questions. The more correct answers, the more XP you earn. XP helps you level up and unlock prizes as you progress — but it is no longer used to redeem rewards directly.
To claim rewards in the Marketplace, you'll now use Coins, which are earned through specific Pick'ems, leaderboard placement, and challenges.

What is the XP Roll Over system?

To keep the competition fair and exciting, we limit how much XP you can carry over each month. Any XP above the rollover cap will reset at the start of the next month. The rollover amount may change, so check regularly to make the most of your XP and keep leveling up.

How can I use my XP?

XP is now used exclusively for leveling up and unlocking reward milestones — it is no longer used to redeem prizes in the Marketplace. Focus on earning XP to climb the ranks and gain access to exclusive rewards.
To redeem those rewards, you'll need Coins.

The Marketplace:

The Marketplace is where you spend your Coins to claim exclusive physical and digital prizes. It refreshes monthly with new rewards and is divided into three tiers.

Earn Coins through:

Specific Pick'ems
Leaderboard rewards
Seasonal challenges

What are Coins and how do I use them?

Coins are the currency used to redeem rewards in the Marketplace.
You can earn Coins by:

Completing specific Pick'ems
Placing on leaderboards
Finishing challenges and seasonal events

Once you've earned Coins, head to the Marketplace to spend them on physical and digital prizes. Rewards rotate monthly, so check back often and don't miss your shot at limited-time items.
XP helps you level up. Coins unlock the goods.

The GRID: The GRID is a F2P mini-game where users race against the clock to test their current esports knowledge and compete against others to achieve the highest possible score. Each grid consists of three titles and three esports teams. The objective is to correctly match current players with their respective teams and titles. Each user has five lives to select a player for each grid cell, ensuring no player is repeated. Each correct answer earns 20 XP, and you earn additional XP for remaining lives left at the end, for a maximum 100 XP available. The grid resets every Monday at 5 PM EST.

How do Pick'ems work?

Pick'em contests are available for each match and beyond, covering a variety of topics. Each contest consists of a single-question format, allowing you to answer and earn XP or Coins.

What types of questions can I answer?

We offer a mix of Esports, gaming, and non-gaming questions, including:

Team vs Team: Pick which team will win a match.

•

Player vs. Player: Choose which of two players will have more kills, assists, or other key stats.

•

More or Less: Predict whether a player's stat (e.g., kills, assists) will be higher or lower than a given number.

•

Yes or No: Answer a straightforward yes/no question.

•

Streaming, Pop Culture, and Online Culture: Test your knowledge on trending topics, internet moments, and streamer-related events.

•

Polls: Voice your opinions on your favorite content and have a direct effect on the outcome of that content.

Boosts

What are Boosts?

Boosts are single-use power-ups that let you earn extra XP or Coins on individual Pick’ems. They help you gain more rewards from the Pick’ems you’re most confident in.

How do I get Boosts?

You can earn Boosts by:

Completing specific Challenges

•

Redeeming them in the Marketplace (when available)

How do Boosts work?

•

Boosts are applied manually to individual Pick’ems before they are submitted.

•

Once a Boost is applied and that Pick’em is locked in, it’s considered used — regardless of whether the Pick’em result is correct.

•

Boosts cannot be applied to Polls or other activity types.

•

Each Boost enhances the XP or Coin rewards from that specific Pick’em only.

Where can I apply Boosts?

Boosts can be applied from two locations:

•

Directly on the Lobby or Pick’em ticket – When entering your prediction

•

From your Power-Ups inventory – Located in your Profile, where all earned Boosts are stored

Can I stack multiple Boosts on one Pick’em?

No. Only one Boost can be applied per Pick’em. Once used, it cannot be removed or replaced.

Do Boosts expire?

No. Boosts do not have an expiration date once earned or redeemed.

Can I use Boosts on Polls?

No. Boosts can only be applied to Pick’ems, not Polls or other engagement types.

Can I trade or gift Boosts to other users?

No. Boosts are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared.

Legal

At Clout, we take the integrity of our product and users very seriously. Any user who engages in suspicious or fraudulent activity will be subject to permanent suspension and could result in legal charges against you.

Can I use a VPN?

We do not condone the use of any VPNs to appear as if you are not in the state you are located. Any users caught using VPNs will be permanently banned from using Clout.

How Can I Delete My Account?

To delete your account, go to Profile > Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account, then confirm. This action is final and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data are permanently removed.
