Comply with applicable legal obligations or regulatory requirements

We do not use your personal data to influence or determine contest outcomes — all Clout contests are skill-based.

We may share your information only in the limited situations described below:

With Your Consent: When you direct us to share your data or link your account to third-party services.
With Service Providers: To operate our business (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors).
With Payment Processors: Partner Pass payments are handled by Apple Pay or Google Pay, which process your payment information under their respective privacy policies.
With Partner Marketplace Providers: Limited user data (e.g., name, email, shipping address) may be shared to fulfill rewards, verify eligibility, or deliver physical or digital items.
For Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Business Transfers: If we merge, sell, or reorganize our business, user data may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell or rent personal information to any third party. Any data shared is limited to the minimum necessary to fulfill the stated purpose.

No. Our Services are for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal information, we will delete it promptly.

Residents of California, Virginia, and Colorado have additional rights under their state privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data. Clout does not sell personal information.

Our Services do not currently respond to DNT browser settings. If standards change in the future, we will update this notice accordingly.

Disclosure of the categories of personal information shared with third parties for business purposes
Deletion of personal data, subject to legal exceptions
